Responsibilities: Processing of all product areas of soil processing, such as, for example, knife rolls, large-spring tinting harrows, rotary grinders, universal pitting, depth looseners and associated spare parts and wear parts Support sales units in a targeted manner: specialist support of the sales team in technical and product-specific questions as well as support of the external service in customer appointments and demonstrations Designing assortment development: Analysis of markets and customer requirements in the field of soil processing as well as construction, structuring and further development of the assortment Support product launches: planning and control of product launches and creation of product strategies and roadmaps Professionally prepare and convey product information: creation of practical product information, presentations and technical documentation as well as training of sales staff and trading partners Market & Competition Developments: Continuous analysis of relevant developments and close cooperation with internal interfaces such as development, sales, production and marketing

Training & Qualification: Complete commercial or technical training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade management (m/w/d) or a study, e.g. agricultural management or industrial engineering with a focus on agricultural engineering / agricultural engineering Professional experience & expertise: Good knowledge in soil processing, first experience in product management, technical advice and sales of agricultural technology and interest in commercial tasks IT- & language skills: Basic MS-Office knowledge as well as reliable German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge Personal Competence: Structured and Analytical Working, Technical Understanding, Business Thinking, Sales Orientation and Communication Strength and Team Skill
