We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (m/w/d) to support the team in one of our logistics centers in Germany. Our Fulfillment Centers are the hub of the rapidly growing global logistics network of Amazon: Here we control the fast circulation of goods. We have also developed our industry-leading workflows here. The teams in our Fulfillment Centers store, commission, pack and deliver deliveries and have contributed significantly to bring us where we stand today. As HR Manager (m/w/d), you will report to the Regional Human Resources Manager for Germany and develop a tailor-made personnel plan to support their logistics center. You will be responsible for driving the broader personnel development strategy in Germany. You will get insights into various aspects of our global network and also work on international HR projects. • Talent Recruitment and Selection: Have you already remembered one of our guiding principles, hire and develop the best employees? You participate in selection processes for executives and identify employees who are to become part of the Amazon family. In cooperation with the German talent Acquisition Team, you contribute to communicating Amazon as 'Top Employer'' both locally and nationally.

As a manager for talent development at your location, you have responsibility for the general succession plan and use the tools and information available to identify the leaders of the future. Part of your task will be to act as a coach and mentor, and to strengthen each service provider in achieving his personal goals. You will also work closely with the training and development team to enable each employee to develop their skills.
• Allrounder in the personnel area: As an all-rounder in the personnel area in leadership position, who likes to act actively, guide and motivate your team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups (warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments)
• Can travel and relocate as appropriate PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience as a HR Manager / Head of HR Operations, ideally within a high volume customer focused environment
