The Bear Family in Dresden is the first fully-stationary intensive care facility for children and adolescents in Saxony and offers a high level medical, nursing and educational-therapeutic care. Our employees in the bear family care about the welfare of their patients between 0 and 18 years.

• hourly wage: €21.92 to €26.11 plus a functional supplement for use in child care
• Compensation in accordance with a new collective agreement with two modern wage models and a supplementary scheme of up to 150 % (net)

Tasks

• With design and individual care taking into account the needs of patients
• basic and treatment care in patients with tracheotomized and/or ventilated
• Monitoring of ventilation and vital parameters as well as emergency management and patient monitoring
• Support and care of patients in everyday life
• Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team
• Communication with relatives, patients, etc.

Your profile

• A successfully completed three-year training as

• Kinderkrankenpfleger (m/w/d) / Kinderkrankenschwester (m/w/d)

Special knowledge in the field of intensive care is not necessary, as you are individually and in detail involved in your new work

• Sensitive, empathic handling of our patients (m/w/d)
• Embossed communicative skills
• Heart and passion for nursing
• First experience in dealing with children desirable
