Civil Engineer Stability and Plant Construction (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the structural integrity and stability of demanding industrial plants and help to ensure that structural measures can be implemented safely, in accordance with standards and in a sustainable manner. In your function, you evaluate planned changes and interventions to existing buildings with regard to their impact on sustainability and stability. For complex questions, you work closely with external specialist planners and structural planning offices and provide a technically well-founded basis of decision. As a contractor, you will accompany construction and infrastructure projects from planning to implementation. In doing so, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including raw construction and extension structures, facade and roof constructions, transport and rail construction, civil engineering and drainage systems as well as coastal protection measures. In addition, you coordinate recurring structural checks and ensure that the supervised plants and buildings meet the technical, legal and operational requirements. You take over the holistic planning and control of reconstruction, modernization and change projects – from the commissioning of external planning partners to the coordination of all stakeholders to the successful implementation. In addition, you will accompany approval and construction application procedures and ensure a smooth coordination with authorities and departments.

You have completed their studies in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on constructive engineering, structural planning or a comparable discipline. The position is aimed at experienced civil engineers as well as dedicated professional beginners. Ideally, you have been able to gain first practical experience in structural planning, for example in the context of a working student activity, an internship or through first professional experience in an engineering or planning office. Experiences in an office are advantageous, which also provides test engineers for stability. Ideally, you have already gained insights into static evidence, testing processes and the evaluation of constructive issues. You work analytically, responsibly and structured. Thanks to your communication strength, you will be able to safely coordinate different project participants and to convey technical facts in a comprehensible manner.
