Number: MER00040NM As part of the research and development department of a world-leading automotive company, we shape the future of mobility. Our team is responsible for the central portfolio of all systems and functions of our vehicle series. This portfolio is the indispensable basis for subsequent processes – from planning to testing and testing to customer release of our vehicles. We work closely with research and development departments to ensure that our vehicles always meet the latest technology and inspire our customers. Your tasks – Here you will find yourself: You help us further increase transparency and efficiency in our system and function management. You will gain deep insights into the complex processes of automotive development and actively contribute to the success of our projects. Changes to the system and function portfolio are discussed and decided with system managers and follow-up process managers in our change group. You help in preparing, performing and refurbishing our regular circle meetings. Their tasks include the content preparation of the tops, the creation of the Agenden, the documentation of decisions and measures, as well as communication with the parties You identify potentials to improve our processes and support the implementation of your approaches to optimize cooperation and information flow You use AI to improve processes What we offer you: You will get comprehensive insights into project management and the central development processes of a premium car manufacturer You will gain insight into the technical capabilities of our future vehicles through the system and functional portfolio You take on responsible tasks from the outset and actively participate You benefit from intensive care and the possibility to apply and extend your theoretical knowledge in practice You work together with various departments from the beginning The activity can begin flexibly from June 2026 and is limited to 6 months.

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) of economics, engineering, computer science or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on project management, process management or vehicle engineering You have a high affinity for complex technical relationships in the automotive sector and are excited about product development Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing are of course for you A structured, independent and proactive way of working out You are powerful, team-ready and enjoy working on new topics You have a secure handling of MS‐Office products and use them efficiently in everyday work Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is an advantage and makes it easier to enter our work processes Interest in future topics such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the willingness to introduce new impulses with their own initiative and to advance the team in innovative developments Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
