We are looking for a Deputy Market Management (m/w/d) for our Brühl site at the next possible time

Market support: support for market leadership in the organisation, processes and ensuring a smooth day-to-day business Representation: Takeover of market responsibility in the absence of market management Team coordination: Support for leadership, motivation and personnel deployment planning KPI control: participation in analysis and control of economic indicators Goods management: ensuring availability of goods, freshness and sales-promoting presentation

Training: completed training in retail and continuing training for retailers or a comparable qualification with a leading focus Professional experience: We presuppose professional experience in beverage retailing and knowledge of the full range Leadership competency: team-oriented, value-adding handling of employees Commercial Understanding: Good knowledge of business processes and key figures Working methods: independent, structured and solution-oriented work
