IT-Business Analyst / Product Owner Microsoft 365 & Azure (m/f/d)

This will drive the digitalization of our company forward and continuously develop our modern workplace strategy. For the safe and reliable professional application of our digital workplace with M365, we are looking for a limited period of time in our area of technology and processes (IT) as part of a parental leave office: IT-Business Analyst / Product Owner Microsoft 365 & Azure (m/w/d). This is what you can do with us: you analyze and prioritize the requirements of the departments around the digital workplace based on Microsoft 365. You develop technical and technical solutions and manage their implementation together with internal teams and external service providers. You analyze, model and optimize business processes and identify potentials for standardization and automation. You are responsible for and maintain the requirement and feature backlog and design the further development of our M365 roadmap. You run or accompany projects for the introduction and further development of M365 and Azure services – from conception to testing to go-live. You assume the technical product responsibility for selected M365 services including user support, role and authorization concepts as well as incident and problem management. You support software selection, license management and cost-effectiveness assessments for new IT solutions. What we want: You have a successfully completed computer science/business informatics degree or a comparable degree. You have profound knowledge in the Microsoft ecosystem, in particular Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Intune and modern workplace and security technologies incl. Use in regulated companies. You bring experience in requirements engineering, process management and ideally in the agile project environment as well as knowledge in methods such as BPMN, UML or comparable modeling methods. You already have experience in cooperation with specialist departments, stakeholders and external service providers - ideally as a product owner or in the professional product responsibility. An analytical, structured, independent and result-oriented way of working, pronounced communication and presentation skills as well as German knowledge at least at level C1 complete your profile. → Do not meet all requirements?
