Monitoring the entire transport process and ensuring the correct return of all transport documents (analogous and digital) Control and guidance of external service providers at the site Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as planning, sales and storage Systematic handling of transport operations via SAP and the MRP platform TM Purchasing of loading space for delivery overhangs Date monitoring and ensuring compliance with all performance assurances to customers and internal partners performing administrative tasks (e.g. processing of freight documents and SAP error messages) Support for complaint processing and analysis of relevant KPIs
