Head and strategic development of the Technical Products department, consisting of optional disciplines (e.g. CAD, design and equipment, graphics as well as audio/visual/lighting) Participation in the cross-departmental and cross-departmental strategic development of the Event Services division Contact person for internal and external customers: women, for relevant service providers at Messe Berlin and industry representatives Portfolio development and sales/marketing of the associated services Quality management Digitization of event processes in cooperation with departments and service providers at Messe Berlin Control of external consulting and services Disciplinary, innovative leadership of the assigned team leaders:inside Interdisciplinary leadership in projects and productions Personnel planning and personnel procurement in cooperation with the management and HR

Technically: Successfully completed studies, e.g. economics, architecture or Bachelor/Master of Engineering or comparable qualification or multiannual, relevant professional experiences Founded professional experience in the performance of events and in the disciplinary staff management German, as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of the current MS365 products Personal: Change competence You're curious and you're actively carrying out your desire to change.
