In order to build our operational service provider control, we are a motivated person in full time, who actively shapes our control and control capability from the outset and does not fear high regulatory requirements. The operating service provider control (ODS) is the central control unit of the banking business for external service providers of the bank – in particular in the banking IT and securities and payment traffic environment. The position is also explicitly suitable for dedicated junior staff who want to develop and take responsibility in a challenging banking and regulatory environment.

Its diverse tasks include: Operational control, monitoring and monitoring of external service providers Support in ensuring effective control and control over outsourced services Monitoring compliance with agreed service levels, quality standards and regulatory requirements Interface management between internal departments, IT, compliance/risk functions and the service provider Analysis, documentation and tracking of incidents, measures and escalation Cooperation in the development of processes, controls and reporting formats in outsourcing and service provider management Support for audits, internal controls and regulatory requirements in the service provider environment Operational contract and performance management in close coordination with purchasing, law, information security

Completed studies (economics, business informatics, economic law) or in a comparable field Interest in bank-based processes and on topics related to service provider control, outsourcing management and regulation The job is also suitable for young people who have first practical experience and want to develop professionally and personally in this environment. Ideally first experience in the banking environment, in the service provider control, in the provider management, in the IT control or in the operating area Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Impressive analytical skills and a good understanding of processes and control mechanisms Communication strength, commitment and joy in cooperation with different contact persons High readiness, resilience and motivation to actively build a new field of responsibility Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
