Overview of your tasks Media Strategy & International Vision: You develop efficient and effective media strategies across multiple business units, brands and countries. 360° campaign control: You are responsible for the design and implementation of our 360° media campaigns and act as a central interface between internal specialist areas and our global media agency. Agency & Budget Management: You coordinate our media agency partners as well as all global media activities and manage the associated budget with synergies and optimization potentials. Analysis & Optimization: You evaluate ongoing campaigns based on defined KPIs, derive measures and optimize our activities in terms of efficiency, impact and future orientation. Trends & innovations: You observe relevant media trends, identify new channels, tools and formats and check their relevance and feasibility for Werner & Mertz. Policy & Processes: You develop global guidelines, processes and structures and are responsible for the operational management of our performance platforms.

This brings you – strategy meets media competence Graduate in Marketing, Communication or (International) Management Multiannual professional experience in media and campaign management with a strategic focus in the B2C and B2B environment Funded know-how in both classical and digital media planning, safely applied in an international context Experience in managing agencies and developing media guidelines, tracking frameworks and data-based strategies Intercultural competence and experience in cooperation with international teams and markets Structured mode of operation, pronounced analytical capability and clear, convincing communication Passion for effective communication and the ability to develop complex issues in a targeted manner Routinized handling of performance platforms (e.g. Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn) flowing English knowledge; Other languages are welcome
