Head of Order Processing and Scheduling (m/f/d)

Technical and organizational management of the order processing/disposition/replacement parts department Creation and processing of order piece lists and processing of internal work documents Coordination of the entire material flow, ensuring the timely provision of all materials and early detection of possible capacity bottlenecks Edit and deploy production orders Preparing spare parts offers for collection

Complete technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronic, machining mechanic) or alternatively a commercial training with technical reference, ideally with a further training to master or technician Good knowledge of German and English Multiannual experience in a comparable position High motivation, initiative and reliability Self-employed, solution-oriented and structured work Team skills, contact joy and flexibility Application-proof in dealing with current MS Office products and ERP systems as well as experience in data-technical care and evaluation of production-relevant information
