Financial Analyst - HR Controlling (m/f/d)

Auditing, monitoring and coordination of good-night staff provisions (pensions, ATZ, anniversary) Close cooperation with the Aktuariat / HR on possible changes in pension plans Accounting, monitoring and coordination of other staff provisions (judgment, sliding time, Christmas money, tariff adjustments) together with the HR sector Planning and analysis of the effects of additional personnel costs Preparation and implementation of the monthly and annual financial statements on the issues of holiday/guiding time and settlement/release in close coordination with the HR sector Analyses and comments on personnel costs and impact on G+V and balance sheet items Responsible for the calculation of the cash flow for personal payouts for the individual companies, coordination between indirect and direct cash flow Working with various projects in the financial sector

Education: degree Dipl. Business Administration / Master in Business Administration Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in the relevant field of activity Competences: Very good FI/CO SAP knowledge SAP HCM knowledge of advantage Very good MS Office knowledge

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personality: Strong analytical and conceptual skills and process orientation High level of self-initiative as well as durability and reliability Embossed team skills and intercultural competence
