By working in a solution-oriented and flexible manner, you are helping our full lawyers to complete projects, especially in the area of Notariat.

Support our companies in corporate and commercial matters Creation of company decisions, contracts, supplements, statutes and rules of procedure Coordination of legal disputes and dunning procedures in cooperation with law firms Self-respondence with notaries, authorities and law firms Management, examination and management of files Supporting our lawyers in property law matters Production of various fonts and serial letters Creating correspondences and contract documents Preparation of invoices and fee arrangements Organisation of dates and deadlines Checking on correctness of one-and-out lease contracts

You have successfully completed training as a lawyer specialist and have already gained experience in law firms, notaries or legal departments You ideally have several years of professional experience in the management and organisation of corporate structures in corporations; Your focus is ideally in the area of Notariat You are ready to work on new topics You are interested in legal matters and can understand them You work with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and popular video conferencing tools You are characterized by an independent way of working, resilience, flexibility and team skills You have a structured and careful way of working You draw from perfect German in word and writing, good to very good English in word and writing are also of advantage
