Professional and disciplinary leadership of over 100 employees in the fields of cleaning, depot and workshop at the Dormagen site Staff requirements and personnel deployment planning as well as further development of the team for efficient operation Ensuring compliance and achieving performance and service standards taking into account safety, quality and environmental policies Schedule coordination and monitoring for maintenance and maintenance Customer acquisition and support as well as preparation and execution of customer audits Budget planning and ensuring compliance

Complete training as a chemical, sewage planter or food technician or Studies in Engineering, Chemistry or Economics Multiannual relevant professional and management experience in the field of technology, industry or chemistry; ideally experience as location or branch manager Project experience in maintenance and/or plant construction desirable Advantageous knowledge of safety and right of approval Safe and binding occurrence as well as communication strength and team capacity readiness to travel
