• An attractive monthly wage between €2800 - €4200, which honors your valuable educational work as an educator (m/w/d)

How to help us as an educator (m/w/d)

• Managing Kita everyday: This includes planning, organizing and carrying out the daily routine as well as special (outdoor) activities
• Professional exchange in the team and trusting cooperation with parents
• Structured observation and documentation of the development and education process of children
• Together with a dedicated team, you will take care of children from the first year of life until just before their school starts
• Your goal in this work is to give the children space for their independent development and encourage them to discover the world confidently
