Own-sponsored support, development and strategic further development of a demanding private banking customer portfolio with wealthy and very wealthy private customers Full consultation in all aspects of asset and finance, taking into account individual phases of life and complex asset and family structures Development of tailor-made asset, investment, precautionary and financing concepts including internal specialists and our partners Active acquisition of new private banking customers and sustainable expansion of existing customer connections through a strong personal network Detection and exploitation of consulting, cross-selling and business potentials in the sense of comprehensive and sustainable financial advice Representation of the Volksbank in the raised customer segment as well as care and development of regional networks and multipliers Support in the further development of private banking through the introduction of professional impulses, market knowledge and best practices Support and professional exchange with colleagues and support in the further development of the quality of advice

Successfully completed banking training as well as further qualification, e.g. bank business economist, graduate banking business economist, CFP®, EFA or a comparable qualification Multiannual, successful experience in advising wealthy private customers, ideally in private banking or Wealth Management Outstanding expertise in asset management, securities business, financing consulting, forecasting, generation management and joint business High consulting and sales expertise and proven success in expanding long-term customer relationships Sovereign appearance, negotiation skills and a high degree of discretion, sense of responsibility and trust Embossed network competence as well as pleasure in the active acquisition of new customers and presentation of the Volksbank Own-sponsored, entrepreneurial, as well as the ability to support complex customer needs in a solution-oriented manner Ideally qualifying in private banking as well as regular professional training in securities and asset management
