You take over local construction monitoring according to HOAI LPH 8 You control the quality and costs and keep an eye on the dates and deadlines You monitor the execution based on VOB, ZTV and the relevant DIN standards You agree with clients, construction companies and authorities on the important issues and tasks

You have a degree as a civil engineer (m/w/d) or a further education as a technician, master or polisher (m/w/d) Ideally, you bring structurally practical experience in civil engineering You are safe in dealing with VOB and the technical regulations You have a safe appearance against construction companies and contractors You draw your attention through an independent, structured and responsible way of working
