e-Mobility Service Advisor (m/f/d)

As a certified sales and service partner for the Mercedes-Benz, Smart and DAF brands, our locations range from the Neckar area to the Zollernalb-Kreis, the Rottweil and Tuttlingen counties to the Lake Constance and Allgäu.

You are in direct customer contact daily and present our car house You advise competently in all maintenance and service matters and ensure a smooth and punctual execution of all service orders Through a conscientious and targeted consulting, you tie the customers to our company Your area of responsibility includes the reliable, smooth and punctual handling of all service orders You plan and coordinate the use of employees in your team

Ideally a training as a certified service consultant or a training as a motor vehicle master. Alternatively, you have technical or commercial vocational training in automotive trade Knowledge of the automotive IT systems of the order and service process is advantageous. A high level of willingness to continue developing through further education and training A pronounced communication strength and a high team capacity. A good sense of customer orientation and an open and sympathetic way. Empathy to the customer is of course for you Joy of customer contact and enthusiasm for the BYD brand
