For the Department of Controlling Digitization, we are looking for a:n Head of Department:in Controlling Digitalization unlimited in full time (part time possible).

Whether personal, professional or economic, as head of our Controlling Digitization department, you take responsibility: You anticipate your resources and budgets, develop strategies and ensure that your team is well positioned – professionally strong, motivated and forward-looking. Our companies SWL Digital, SWL Innovation and TraveKom projects are based on CO business partners: to the side, check controlling and reporting processes, introduce new impulses and actively promote digitization. Your ideas are integrated into an improved reporting structure that keeps track of specialist areas and management at any time – without double reporting, with defined key figures and transparent coverage views. To ensure that our specialist and product areas are built as efficiently and effectively as possible, you develop modern BI solutions, analyze economic and organizational relationships, and design efficient control tools that help us to better understand structures, plan capacities more specifically and calculate performance in a comprehensible manner. You work closely with the Group Controlling, revise cost and profit center structures and develop guidelines for internal billing and pricing. Last but not least, you bring clarity into management reporting by making the numbers of plan/actual deviations tangible. Your recommendations give the management the security to make the right decisions. Your goal: a transparent, slim and effective controlling that places strategic decisions on a stable foundation.

Complete university degree (Master) with focus on controlling or equivalent demonstrable skills and knowledge Long-standing relevant professional experience, ideal in the energy industry Professional handling of MS Office products as well as very good SAP knowledge and expertise in BI tools Funded knowledge in cost-effectiveness calculations, accounting and key figures dashboards as well as a good operational-technical understanding and experience in handling modern communication technology Comprehensive practice in project and change management leadership competence, control and delegation capability as well as capable of working intrinsically motivated and cross-functional High self-initiative, enforcement and decision-making, and integrity Persuasion and implementation combined with sense of responsibility, communication skills and customer orientation
