Whether personal, professional or economic, as head of our Controlling Digitization department, you take responsibility: You anticipate your resources and budgets, develop strategies and ensure that your team is well positioned – professionally strong, motivated and forward-looking. Our companies SWL Digital, SWL Innovation and TraveKom projects are based on CO business partners: to the side, check controlling and reporting processes, introduce new impulses and actively promote digitization. Your ideas are integrated into an improved reporting structure that keeps track of specialist areas and management at any time – without double reporting, with defined key figures and transparent coverage views. To ensure that our specialist and product areas are built as efficiently and effectively as possible, you develop modern BI solutions, analyze economic and organizational relationships, and design efficient control tools that help us to better understand structures, plan capacities more specifically and calculate performance in a comprehensible manner. You work closely with the Group Controlling, revise cost and profit center structures and develop guidelines for internal billing and pricing.
