We accompany international talents at their start in Germany - with commitment, structure and heart.

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated integration manager*in (w/m/d) who supports our international trainees on their arrival in Germany and thus actively contributes to successful integration.

As part of the project, you will support individual trainees from third countries and assist them in integration tasks such as government contacts, housing search and everyday questions. Regular 1:1 talks with the trainees assigned to you also belong to your task. Already in the preparatory phase before entering Germany, you accompany the trainees in preboarding and support them in a good start. As a contact person*in, you support personal, social and intercultural challenges and help reduce linguistic barriers, such as learning aids or tandem programs. Group activities such as Welcome Weeks or Leisure Offers organize and accompany you actively.

Complete bachelor's or university degree in a relevant area (e.g. social work, pedagogy, migration) Experience in working with young adults and in migration work and vocational training High level of intercultural competence, pronounced problem-solving competence, strategic and structured approach Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other languages (e.g. Vietnamese) of advantage Class B driving licence, trips in the regional environment are necessary readiness to travel
