Complete technical studies or comparable technical training, ideally in the field of aerospace, mechanical engineering, materials engineering or quality management Multiannual professional experience in quality management or in a technical environment Knowledge of NADCAP requirements, EN 9100 and experience in preparing and accompanying NADCAP audits of advantage/ desirable Experience in performing process audits and dealing with audit findings and corrective measures Experience in the design of procedures, work instructions and standard templates knowledge in the evaluation and optimization of manufacturing and special processes, e.g. heat treatment, surface treatment, non-destructive testing or welding, depending on the field of use Ability to understand technical and quality requirements Embossed problem-solving competence and a continuous improvement approach as well as experience in handling 8D, lean and six-sigma methods.
