Process Manager (BPM) - (w/m/d)

Process management is responsible for the further development of business processes and supports the integrated management system of corporate governance within the Association of Creditreform. As a process manager, you are significantly involved in building and developing the company-wide process management. Analysing, modeling and optimizing business processes, supports the departments in implementing efficient processes and ensures transparency and taxability of our processes. You work closely with the Corporate Governance Department, the business units and IT in our house

These are your tasks: You shape the construction and further development of a company-wide process management.

You analyze, model and optimise business processes (e.g. with BPMN) together with the departments.

You support governance, audit and certification processes (e.g. ISO 9001/27001) and ensure uniform standards.

You develop key figures for process control and accompany the further development of our integrated management system.

You advise executives in process questions, moderate workshops and advance digitization and automation initiatives.

That's what makes you: Multiannual experience in process management, organisational development or quality management

Good knowledge of process analysis, modelling (e.g. BPMN) and optimization

Understanding governance issues, regulatory and certification

Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation

Individual initiative, communication strength and interest in digitalization (e.g. Camunda, Jira, Confluence)
