Your task:

• Telephone and written support and advice of our customers
• Consumption and input of orders

Your profile:

• very good German language skills (word and writing)
• completed commercial training or corresponding service-oriented professional experience
• good knowledge of Microsoft 365's standard programs
• pleasant telephone voice and fun to communicate and telephone
