Together in a strong team, you are the interface between our company and our customers. You are responsible for optimizing cooperation and communication. You are the contact person and link between the customers, the forwarding departments and DACHSER partners and other branches. You process shipments under applications of common systems and processes and take care of complaint processing.

You have completed commercial training, ideally trained as a merchant (m/w) for forwarding and logistics services. You have secure communicative skills, also in English and ideally also in French. You have already gained first experience in customer service and customer support. We require team capability, reliability and loadability.
