Accounts payable clerk (m/f/d)

Creditor management: You independently process creditor accounting and ensure the proper accounting of receipts as well as bank receipts and exits. Account setting: You clarify accounts in a timely manner, perform rebookings of creditor's balances and ensure correct account management through regular voting. Cooperation: You work closely with other disciplines and contribute to smooth and efficient processes. Payment: You process the daily payment suggestion list, perform necessary checks by and the same relevant master data carefully. Supplier service: You maintain the supplier accounts assigned to you and ensure high data quality. Document management: You require missing documents and provide complete and comprehensible documentation. Tracking: You process discount receivables and balance confirmations reliably and on time.

Professional experience: You have several years of practical experience in creditor accounting and provide sound expertise in this area. SAP competence: You have very good knowledge of SAP as well as a strong understanding of accounting processes, especially in creditor accounting and bank accounting. Operation: You work structured, independent and take responsibility for your tasks. Appearance: You convince with your organizational talent as well as a safe, professional and friendly appearance. Loadability: Also in work-intensive phases you work reliably, carefully and keep an overview. Team spirit: You are characterised by flexibility, commitment and a strong team capacity. MS Office: You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications, especially in Excel.
