IT - Employeesr Quality Management in the SAP S/4HANA project At the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, the place is as close as possible IT staffr SAP Focus HCM – Application support (debate group 12 TV-L) to be filled in full time. The place is part-time. We, the team of the Application Support department at the University of Oldenburg, is responsible for the development, customization and support of applications for administration and students. The application SAP ECC maps the core processes of the university around the administration. The application supports the entire lifecycle in the area of accounting, controlling, household management, purchasing, personnel administration, personnel accounting, time management and organization management. As a follow-up to the previous job owner and to strengthen our team for our SAP S/4HANA system conversion project, we are looking for a very transparent, communication-intensive colleague with interest in a diverse, responsible area of responsibility and joy in cooperation with colleagues from a wide range of areas.

Conception and analysis of new functionalities under SAP S/4 HANA and support of high-level SAP S/4HANA system conversion Implementation of requirements management (including development under Java, ABAP) Supporting HR IT applications in the hybrid SAP environment of the university Creation and maintenance of application documentation and training Support in quality assurance both in the previous SAP ECC and future SAP S/4HANA environment service/support services (implementation of all legal changes in the human resources and implementation of regular HR support packages; Advice and technical support of internal customers on issues related to IT and digitization) Support and optimization (including further development) of existing IT applications around SAP HCM Change/Incident Editing (Editing Tickets at 2nd Level to the Enterprise Resource Management category) Management and control of IT projects or project-like tasks Analysis, Conception, Development and Customizing of New Applications Participation in the university transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA

Required / Adjustment requirements completed university studies or completed vocational training Knowledge and experience (including customizing) in the field of SAP HCM (at least in two of the following areas) Personal administration, Personal accounting, Personal time management, Organisational management Professional experience in development in SAP modules, in particular SAP HCM Knowledge and experience in SAP Fiori, SAP NetWeaver Application, ABAP/4, ABAP OO, JAVA and SAP S/4HANA German language knowledge at least B2 (required for non-mother speakers). Customer and service-oriented behavior, as well as very good communication and team skills High motivation and ability to work independently into new tasks

Required / Advantage Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Oracle, DB2) and in-memory databases (HANA) Knowledge of SAP application in interaction with different operating systems and databases Experiences with SAP UI5, Adobe Forms/Forms, SAP Workflows Knowledge of IT Service Management ITIL certification Project experiences and agile methodological experiences English language skills from language level B1
