Projektmanager (m/w/d) in the area of credit & risk management These are your colleagues Currently, our team consists of six experienced colleagues who work together to ensure and continuously develop regulatory requirements, including MaRisk and KWG in risk management. You have a strong understanding of risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements? Then come to us and support us in the further development and implementation of risk management processes. Topics such as risk strategy and risk measurement are not foreign words for you? In the further development of risk management, you will work according to regulatory requirements, such as quantifying essential risk types, creating outsourcing analyses according to MaRisk AT9 or updating policies and process descriptions in the Risk Management area. You contribute to continuously monitoring the risk situation, including by collecting and checking service measured variables from our key service providers, close exchange with specialist departments and taxes, and monitoring operational risks. You support the interpretation of risk policy indicators (such as risk sustainability) and take appropriate measures to do so. You participate in internal reporting, such as the business and risk report, as well as in the preparation of the annual outsourcing report to the management. You'll get into the strategy process and update the business and risk strategy annually together with the team. You support the areas of expertise in the implementation and compliance of internal institutions and legal requirements in risk management. You implement risk measurement and risk management methods, adjust the risk structure and manage the classification of essential risks.

You have a completed economic studies (e.g. BWL, VWL, Economic Law) or a comparable qualification – e.g. through a bank training with corresponding training or relevant professional experience in risk management. You have profound knowledge in the area of risk management, ideally focusing on outsourcing management in the financial services industry. You know the supervisory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, BAIT, KWG) and can safely apply them in practice. You are communicative, like working in the team and have a good sense of risks and their assessment. Your work is analytical, careful and self-responsible – you also keep an overview in complex projects. You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Ideally, you bring experience in dealing with outsourcing contracts and service provider control. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are essential for the position.
