the support of the Area Sales Manager in supporting international customers and sales partners the collection and maintenance of customer and project data in the ERP system and in future in the CRM system the processing of general tasks from the daily business preparation of evaluations and quarterly and activity reports organisation and coordination of customer visits, trade fairs and sales events the coordination with internal departments for implementing customer requirements the written and telephone customer correspondence

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman, wholesaler and foreign trader or comparable) First professional experience in the sales service or in order processing desirable Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience with ERP systems, ideally also with CRM systems Structured, careful and independent operation Communication strength and team capacity Organisational skills and service orientation
