As a working student (m/w/d) in the field of personnel, you support us in the day-to-day operating business. You will get exciting insights into numerous, personal questions. During the semester, your maximum working time is 20 hours a week, during the semester holidays more. Your tasks include: Close cooperation with the team members of the HR department and support in the processing of all personal business processes, e.g. in the staff administration, in the preparation of various writing and preparation of works council hearings Support in the onboarding and offboarding process of employees and the independent takeover of the onboarding of working students Working with electronic time recording, mistime management and maintenance of personal files Preparatory payroll and witness management support Processing of incoming mail Account processing and communication with suppliers

You are in an economic studies, studying law, economic law or pedagogy (even with a focus on staff or labour law) You are sure to use the PC, especially with MS Office (Word and Outlook) They are distinguished by a careful and independent way of working and enjoy working in the team They have good organizational and communication skills You work reliably and trustworthy Good knowledge of English in word and writing are desirable
