Cloud, Collaboration, and Infrastructure (CCI) Team Leader for an A-level customer (m/f/d)

In this key role, you lead one of our consulting teams and support our customers in implementing modern cloud, collaboration and IT infrastructure solutions. Together with your team, you will ensure a high quality of service, successful projects and the continuous development of our services. Conceptual and operational overall responsibility for your team (Recruiting, Presales, Delivery, Profit Center, Business Development) Active cooperation with Business Development Management, Customer Sucess Management, Bid Management and Service Management for the purpose of winning and expanding customer relationships Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team (approximately 10 to 20 employees and possibly external forces) Individual support and further development of team members Budget responsibility and economic governance, in particular in the areas of Business Development (New Logo), Up- and Cross-Sell (stock customers)

Successfully completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics or an IT-related training with relevant professional experience in a leadership position High enforcement leadership based on convincing communication and pronounced social competence (ideally at least three years of disciplinary leadership experience) Good technical and/or sales understanding in the Microsoft-365, cloud and infrastructure environment as well as in datacenter-close areas Embossed analytical thinking as well as structured and systematic working Professional and sovereign appearance including moderation Strong target and result orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
