Construction technician as CAD designer in steel and concrete construction (m/f/d)

You process digital building models (BIM) in object execution planning and thus provide the basis for efficient and collision-free project execution. You create precise 3D design models and design plans in reinforced concrete construction and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of demanding construction projects. The stand-alone 3D steel design is part of your responsibility, creating both overview and detail plans and ensuring high planning quality. Using modern CAD and BIM tools, you optimize planning processes and promote the digital cooperation of all project participants. In close coordination with internal and external project partners, you will ensure a timely, economical and technically high-quality implementation of the planning tasks.

You have completed training for the design designer and a further training for the construction technician or a similar qualification. You have practical experience in designing and modeling structures with modern 3D CAD systems and ideally in the BIM environment. The safe handling of at least one of the planning tools ALLPLAN, Revit or Tekla supports you in the efficient production of sophisticated design and execution documents. An independent, structured way of working as well as a high level of quality awareness are characterized in the processing of complex planning tasks.
