The Caritasverband der Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart e.V. is one of the largest welfare associations in Baden-Württemberg. He represents around 1,800 Catholic institutions and services and is engaged in social and nursing offers for a solidarity and diverse living together. With eight Caritas regions and around 1,650 employees, the association actively organises social work regionally and nationwide. The Diocesan office in Stuttgart will now strengthen its team with one/one SAP FI/CO (m/w/d) for Finance/IT With us you are flexible. Choose your scope of employment: from 70% to 100%. The place must be occupied for 2 years

You continuously advise and maintain and develop the SAP modules FI and CO, taking into account legal requirements and the individual requirements of a social company. You analyze, design and implement technical requirements from the regions and areas for optimising the financial and controlling processes. You work with external service providers and coordinate them. You analyse errors in running operation and fix them. You manage the permissions and users. You work closely with the specialist departments, in particular in financial accounting, controlling and IT. You support the digitalization and automation of commercial processes. You work with the creation and maintenance of process documentation and work instructions. You analyse individual training needs and carry out user trainings that meet requirements. You take on an active role and interface in the team of Product-Owner and other specialist applications (Sextant, Vivendi, etc.). You create the basis for prioritisation and ensure their classification into the cross-system strategy. You are Sparringspartner*in for the cables in all strategic questions about the further development of SAP.

You have a completed degree in the field of business informatics, business management or comparable training with a proven professional experience. You bring good knowledge of the business processes in accounting and controlling, ideally in the social economy. You have several years of experience in the support of SAP FI and CO. Basic knowledge of the adjacent module SD, experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as in SAP-Customizing are of advantage. You are characterized by a pronounced analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured and solution-oriented manner. Ideally, you could already gain experience in projects or in project management. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing. You like to work in a dedicated team and appreciate an open, value-adding communication. You identify with our values and have an interest in developing a modern membership association.
