AI Transformation Lead IPAI (m/f/d)

Do you want to actively shape IPAI and hands-on? As an innovation platform for applied AI, we pursue the goal of successfully implementing artificial intelligence in companies and institutions. With IPAI we set ourselves the ambition to become the “Global Home of Human AI”. We create a space for successful AI transformation and collaboration, which generates further momentum for a real AI hotspot in Europe. You support the IPAI-Member in the strategic orientation and implementation of your AI transformation by developing and prioritizing concrete AI initiatives together with their engineering and innovation teams. At the same time, as a central interface, you shape the AI strategy of IPAI and play a key role in the further development of the central technology roadmap.

You work closely with IPAI Membern in collaborative workshop formats and involve leadership, engineering and innovation teams to sharpen AI ambitions, framework conditions and priorities together. You support the Member in developing sound AI strategies and project portfolios by translateing overarching goals into clear requirements and realistically feasible next steps. You act as a central entity for deep-looking “Customer Research” within the IPAI and identify recurring needs, patterns and systemic challenges throughout the member ecosystem. You translate these findings into decision-making templates for IPAI's internal strategy and product decisions and thus significantly shape the orientation of the platform and the design of the programs. You accompany our members to close the gap between strategy and implementation by guiding consulting-oriented initiatives with technical depth, credibility and empathy – with the focus on sustainable competence building and long-term impact for the entire ecosystem. .
