We offer a job that makes you happy: you represent the commissioner for MaRisk compliance, monitor compliance with the relevant national and European supervisory requirements and accompany their implementation in our savings bank HGP. You control the standard screening, interpret new and amended regulatory requirements, evaluate their relevance and impact on our home and derive concrete action needs for the affected areas. You coordinate and check the materiality and risk analyses of the departments, evaluate the results and advise the areas responsible for regulatory issues and the implementation of necessary measures. You continuously develop the MaRisk-Compliance-Methodology, evaluate the implementation measures resulting from it and prepare the essential findings in reports and presentations that are addressable. Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is assigned to the payment group 11; the classification within the tariff level model is based on professional experience. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services are granted, in particular the annual special payment or the special savings bank payment. What we want from you: You have a completed legal studies or a legal background or a comparable bank-specific qualification, for example as a savings bank or bank-based business manager. You have very good knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements, in particular the MaRisk, European guidelines and national rules, and can safely transfer them to bank-based practice. You bring experience in standard screening as well as in the implementation and quality assurance of risk and materiality analyses and understand how to evaluate regulatory changes in a structured manner. You have a good understanding of bank-operated business models, processes and structures and can classify complex regulatory issues in a well-founded way and prepare them for different addresses.
