Strategic Responsibility for Purchasing and Subcontracting Management of All Executing Companies Analysis of the procurement market and development and implementation of demand-oriented medium and long-term purchasing strategies (including budget and cost monitoring) Leading negotiations with regard to contracts, prices, quality and delivery dates (quality and date management) Installation of performance descriptions awards in cooperation with project managers / the production manager Responsibility for the small team and the implementation of administrative topics in purchasing (orders, orders, evaluation offers, listing price levels)

completed studies, e.g. as a business economist, economic or civil engineer, or a commercial/technical training Insufficient professional practice in purchasing within the construction industry Knowledge of contract law desirable Embossed economic thinking and sound process understanding of shopping processes Negotiating strength, persuasiveness and ability to communicate with a wide range of interlocutors
