For our growing team in the field of digital health, we are looking for you as a dedicated partnership manager Digital Health (m/w/d) with a focus on innovative solutions for prevention, rehabilitation and aftercare. Our brand Rethera stands for modern, digital therapy and supply concepts in German healthcare. Together, we are driving the market entry and growth of digital health solutions – patient-centered, effective and economically sustainable.

Operational distribution (focus) Identification and acquisition of new customers and partners (e.g. clinics, health insurance companies, companies, public institutions) Independent market analysis and lead generation in the healthcare market Building a strong Sales Funnel through Cold Calling, Email Outreach and Networking Implementation of initial discussions, presentations and product demos Support in creating individual offers and supply concepts Systematic care and tracking of leads and opportunities (CRM) Business Development Analysis of new market potentials for digital health solutions Further development of sales strategies and target audience approach deriving market feedback to optimize product and communication Working with Go-to-Market strategies and convincing Sales Storylines Close cooperation with product management, marketing and rollout teams Interface roller Translation of customer requirements into internal product improvements Participation in the creation of sales and marketing materials Active contribution to positioning Rethera in the digital healthcare market

Experience and competence First to multi-year experience in sales, business development or consulting Ideally experience in healthcare, e-health or regulated markets Enthusiasm for active customer approach and sustainable relationship building Ability to present complex topics in a comprehensible and convincing way Structured, independent and data-driven operation Safe handling of digital tools and CRM systems Driving licence class B and readiness to travel (approx. 2 days/week) German knowledge of C2 level Personality & Mindset High self-responsibility and hand-on mentality Designed digital affinity and innovation joy Proactive operation: Detecting opportunities and developing solutions Communication strength and moderation capability Detailed orientation and entrepreneurial thinking Motivation to actively build a new business area
