On-site service: Install, operate and maintain our inspection equipment directly at the customer's premises Maintenance & repair: Guide inspections, rebuilds and repairs on existing equipment and machines by Error analysis: Degnosticate technical disorders and eliminate them autonomously and efficiently User training: Enables our customers to operate and maintain the equipment and support them in technical matters Customer communication: Coordinate appointments, spare parts deliveries and technical concerns in close coordination with customers and internal departments International operations: Support our customers mainly in Germany, occasionally in Europe and rarely worldwide
