We are looking for one/n at the next possible time for our equipment construction at the Schalksmühle site

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Full time (35 hours week) unlimited

These are your tasks: troubleshooting of machines and systems as well as analysis of faults in non-functional means of operation (passengers) in the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical range with the aid of diagnostic systems Proposals and tuning of measures to correct errors, carry out repairs Active cooperation in continuous improvement processes, team collaboration in creating and maintaining functionally complex production machines taking into account quality, cost-effectiveness and dates Support of machines for power outlet production including troubleshooting and troubleshooting in two-layer operation

This is your profile: Complete training as a mechatronic or industrial mechanic with several years of experience in manufacturing Finded knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens), error analysis/ troubleshooting (desired) Knowledge of robot programming (ABB, UR) incl. driverless transport systems (required) Funded knowledge in the field of automated service/repair/error search/increase of the output quantity Good PC knowledge in machine controls Secure knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanics, pneumatics and basic knowledge in metalworking Embossed team capacity ready for shift work (smooth layer about every 4 - 6 weeks)
