Your tasks: -- Recruiting & Candidate Management: You develop and control our recruiting activities, take over applicant management and conduct interviews to realize the perfect match between candidates and our customers. -- Sales & new customers: You take care of the disposition of our employees, acquire new customers and continuously expand our existing customer base. -- Care and advice: As the first contact person, you will address our candidates, employees and customers in the Medical & Care area and ensure close, trusting cooperation.

Your profile: -- You have a completed commercial training, a study or relevant professional experience – cross-comers are also welcome. -- You bring an open, empathic personality and you like to work in the team. -- You speak German at native language level and communicate clearly and safely. -- First experiences in the personnel disposition are of advantage, but no need. -- You are structured, solution-oriented and let your creativity run free at work.
