Our advita houses are the best example that old care does not always have to go fast and husch husch. This is due to the fact that we have fewer residents coming to a nursing or care professional than in some other institutions. This is particularly appreciated by colleagues who have previously worked in a hospital or nursing home.

Our clients are supplied directly in their homes or in the community. Sometimes also in day care. For example, we support professional caregivers or household workers who take away a lot of work and make the job more comfortable in the care of the elderly.

In our advita houses we can respond very well to the needs and wishes of our residents. The work is more fun and our clients feel comfortable.

For our branch in Schwäbisch Hall, we are looking for a representation force (m/w/d) at Fulltime.

Your tasks

• Planning and implementation of care
• Active everyday design with day care guests
• Support for nurses
• Help with food supply

Preconditions

• Continuing training according to §43b SGB XI
• Class B driving licence
• Happy work in the team
• Creativity and emotion of activities
