Heat and energy are our contribution to the quality of life – every day new. As BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH we supply the capital with electricity and heat in a climate-friendly manner. Our district heating network is the largest Western Europe with a length of more than 2,000 kilometres. We supply about one third of the Berlin households with heat. With the know-how of our 2,200 employees, we cover the entire value chain of district heating – from production to grid operation and expansion to distribution. At high pressure, we work at the coal exit until 2030 and at climate-neutral production from 2040. In this way, we support the Land of Berlin significantly when reaching its climate targets. On the way to this we want to realize a higher proportion of renewable energies and waste heat. To do this, we need to redesign many of our sites and facilities. Your tasks Customer communication: You are the first point of contact for our customers: you communicate professionally through different channels (phone, email, chatbot, letters, customer portal and personal advice). Advice and support: You advise our customers competently on contracts, prices, products as well as on legislative changes and complex issues. In doing so, you ask for a smooth handling of all concerns. Contract management: You ensure the settlement of terminations, contractual changes, subsequent contracts and performance changes and actively participate in these processes. System Care: You make sure that the master data of our customers are always up-to-date and correct in the CRM and customer portal. Cross-departmental communication: You contribute to improving customer communication and optimizing our processes. Project work: You participate in projects and initiate projects to ensure smooth customer processes and to comply with regulatory requirements.

Complete studies or a comparable qualification in the field of customer management, communication or business Very good knowledge in handling MS Office programs Knowledge of SAP IS-U and VMW are beneficial Knowledge of business relationships Creativity, Initiative and Engagement Embossed communication skills and high customer orientation Structured and independent functioning as well as a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility High social competence Team and cooperation capability You meet about 70 percent of the requirements?
