You advise executives in the Group on labour law, conduct personnel talks, implement personnel measures and conduct labour court proceedings You work closely and trustfully with the staff councils, works councils, heavy-handed representatives and the equality officers and keep the employers' interests in mind As a negotiator: you design service and business agreements and work on collective bargaining With your expertise, you will advise colleagues within the HR department:in the case of labour law issues and bring the latest legal situation and jurisdiction Checking new legal issues and developing them as a positive challenge with commitment You are constantly evolving and have to actively shape the claim with your know-how HR processes
