We, the SEG Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Wiesbaden mbH, are the development partner of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden mbH are the development partner of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden for the tasks of urban planning project development. The SEG is a developer in particular, takes over different project development and construction orders from the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden as project taxer and manages its own property portfolio. With the urban development measure Ostfeld, we are developing one of the most important and sustainable urban development projects in the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden and the Rhine-Main metropolitan region – a new district with housing, infrastructure and quality of life for at least 10,000 inhabitants. To strengthen our project team, we are looking for a personality that actively controls and negotiates land and property issues – and thus contributes directly to the realization of one of the largest urban development projects in the region. Processing of property and land issues in the context of the urban development measure Ostfeld Preparing and settlement of property transactions Preparation, completion and administration of lease, lease and inheritance contracts Control and monitoring of contract terms and waste agreements Coordination with notaries, land register offices, authorities and other external parties Organisation and monitoring of pre-construction measures (e.g. fighting agent clearance, archaeological investigations) Participation in value assessments, activity analyses and expropriation procedures Creation of policy-making templates Area management by means of funeral contracts Commercial property management including audit and fee control Interface function to internal departments as well as external project partners, owners and authorities

Complete studies, e.g. in Public Management / Administration, Real Estate Administration, Administration or Comparative Qualification Knowledge of property, property and contract law desirable Ideally practical experience in public law (BGB, BauGB) as well as in rental and lease law Interest in legal issues and legal understanding Structured, reliable and independent operation Safe occurrence and negotiation skills Teamability and strong communication skills Analytical thinking and sense of responsibility Safe handling of MS Office
