You support the team in the preparation, implementation and preparation of team-internal and external workshops & events. You support the support and development of teams with our customers, by performing, inter alia, independent retrospectives and various workshops/ formats. As a member of a project team at the customer, you actively contribute to the development of change concepts and actively shape the transformation of companies, departments and areas. Must-have: You are a registered student*in in a relevant field (e.g. human resources, economic psychology or comparable course of study) and can support us from 01.06.2025 for at least 6 months for 20 hours a week. You have a high degree of self-motivation and like self-organized work. You bring a pronounced agile mindset with you and you have the courage and desire to go new and also unconventional ways. Your communication strength is excellent and you have already made first experiences in the moderation of groups – in German and English. You bring very good conceptual and analytical skills and can represent complex relationships. You have gained first experience in handling tools like Miro, Jira and Confluence. You have a very good feeling for people, you can network and are a team player. Language level: German C2 (approximately native) and English C1 (specialized language use) Nice-to-have: You have already worked with agile methods and know (agile) organizational forms, can apply your skills in a need-oriented manner and enjoy constantly expanding your repertoire. You have the pleasure of sharing experiences and sharing knowledge – training, moderating and generating learning moments is easy for you.
