Commercial Assistant / Sales Assistant – Back Office (m/f/d)

Submission and tendering: tender creation and calculation as well as formal preparation and support in the timely submission of submissions. Backoffice sales: Administrative support of the sales department in the care of customer master data, calculation and correspondence with customers and partners. Commercial project execution: Administrative support of project leaders from order allocation to billing. Interface function: Close cooperation with project management, engineering and assembly line.

Completed commercial training – e.g. Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau (m/w/d) or Ä. – with at least two years of professional experience. Experience in the processing of public tenders and in the production of tenders. Very good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with ERP systems. Excellent service orientation as well as very good communication skills. Reliability, organisational skills, a high level of responsibility and commitment.
