Lawyer specializing in procurement and contract law (m/f/d)

Together with our judiciary, you advise our departments on all legal issues relating to contracts and procurement. As a staff office, you also work closely with the departments and accompany the entire procurement process – from the demand collection to the final contract signing. You shape legally secure contracts and help create precise performance descriptions. You carry out procurement procedures, pay attention to compliance with all legal requirements (e.g. GWB, VgV, EU procurement directives). You analyze complex issues, ask specific questions and make sure that legal and economic aspects are balanced. You work with interest in other topics such as company law.

You have a completed economic or legal degree and ideally knowledge of procurement law, contract law and business administration law. You are happy to combine legal questions with economic thinking. You work structured, solution-oriented and independent. You convey complex content to colleagues in a clear and comprehensible manner and advise them on legal issues. You have very good communication skills and are strong.
