To expand our service team, we are looking for you at the next time in Munich, Augsburg or Ingolstadt as Technischer Werkskundedienst im Auslanddienst (m/w/d) Süddeutschland und Österreich.

Maintenance and repair on site: You carry out regular maintenance of the humidification systems and quickly and reliably correct disturbances. Installation and commissioning of new plants: You build new systems, install them and ensure a smooth start with the customer. Customer training and support: You support customer technicians and assist them in the operation of our isothermic and adiabatic humidification devices. Technical advice and communication: You advise customers and system partners by phone and personally, analyze mistakes and find suitable solutions. Service coordination and documentation: You plan service deployments, tune with customers and services, and start working protocols according to the QM system.

Training and expertise: You have completed technical training in sanitary, heating and ventilation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanics or comparable. Professional experience in technical service: You have experience in technical customer service or service, ideally in climate and refrigeration technology or technical building equipment (TGA). Working and team skills: You work structured, independent and find practical solutions both independently and in the team. Communication and languages: You are characterized by high communication skills and service orientation and master very good German as well as basic English. Mobility and flexibility: You are ready to travel regularly, plan overnight tours if necessary and have the license of class B.
