Your mission at Asambeauty As Head of AI / Artificial Intelligence (m/w/d), you are responsible for the strategic and operational expansion of our AI activities. You have the direct responsibility for strategically important AI projects with real business impact and have a very close cooperation and regular coordination with the top management and C level as well as all departments of external experts. You bring economic thinking, a good sense of useful use cases and a sophisticated technical understanding to realize AI projects with real impact!

In this exciting position, you are responsible for the following topics:

Strategic responsibility for the AI portfolio You are responsible for building and managing a company-wide AI project portfolio and take over the prioritization and evaluation of projects along strategic corporate goals. You also take responsibility in establishing efficient processes for project controlling, resource planning and reporting. AI roadmap & operational implementation The development and continuous development of the AI roadmap is in your hands. You are responsible for ensuring an agile, targeted implementation of all AI initiatives in the company. Use Case Scouting & Business Impact Here, you take the identification and evaluation of relevant AI applications with business focus and pay attention to the support of the implementation – from idea to rollout. It is important to ensure economic added value and measurable results. Governance, Integration & Compliance Leadingly, you contribute to the development of a framework for responsible AI use and make sure that all technical, ethical and regulatory standards are complied with - in close coordination with our IT and the Data Team. Enablement & Communication The establishment of internal competences around AI projects and methods is your responsibility and you are supporting our expertise in developing your own ideas and initiatives. The communication of progress, challenges and successes to Stakeholder & Management lies with you.

You already have a degree in (economic) informatics, (economic) engineering, data science or in a comparable direction Multiannual professional experience in AI-related or technology-driven projects (e.g. in consulting, product development or technology strategy) First leadership experience (disciplinary or professional) you have already collected Your experience in project or portfolio management in the technology environment You have a strong stakeholder management and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and a good commercial understanding Your solid technical understanding of machine learning, data science & AI applications characterize you You like to work with Data Teams, Engineers or External Tech Partners Change management skills and experience in building new structures are not strange to you You also own a reliable German and English (in word and writing)
