They analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements of operational maintenance and develop standardized end-to-end processes in SAP as well as model processes for a workforce management system. The coordination of system integration and adaptation to the specific requirements of a network operation is your responsibility. They develop and implement new process approaches as well as digital technologies to optimize systemic imaging and operational implementation of multi-species maintenance processes (gas, water, dewatering). The analysis of risks and potentials in network operation as well as the derivation of scenarios, consequences and appropriate countermeasures are also part of your tasks. They organize, moderate and guide workshops and training to train technicians and disponents centrally and decentrally in new processes and systems. The development and implementation of change management approaches to increasing user acceptance as well as the management of a project team in hybrid organizational form and the management of external service providers complete your task profile.

They have a completed degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification . They bring experience in the handling of maintenance software and systems as well as basic knowledge in the functioning of GIS systems in energy supply companies. You have experience in digitalization and automation of classic maintenance processes Distribution system operators. They have secure PC/DV knowledge (e.g. MS Office, SAP PM, PS, FI) and a pronounced IT confession as well as a high affinity for digitalization.
